This single-family home offers year-round mountain and valley views, luxury amenities including an eight-person hot tub, and direct access to a wealth of Eagles Nest resort features. Designed for comfort, accessibility, and memorable gatherings, Clouds Rest seamlessly blends the privacy of an upscale home with the recreational possibilities of a resort. Guests of all ages—and their pets—will find spaces to relax, entertain, and explore, whether visiting for a family reunion, group getaway, or mountain adventure. Please note, as Eagles Nest is a growing community, there may be some construction activity in the area.

Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • There is parking for the entire group at Clouds Rest, with a flat gravel parking area and two bays of the garage for guests to use.
  • Three steps to enter provide access to the main floor.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • The Green Egg seen in the background of a few photos is not available to guests.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Pets

  • This home allows up to 2 dogs, maximum weight of 45 lbs each, for $50 per night per pet.
  • No cats. The homeowner is allergic.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • There is parking for the entire group at Clouds Rest, with a flat gravel parking area and two bays of the garage for guests to use.

  • While enjoying your stay at Clouds Rest, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
  • Amenities available to you include: Great Camp (BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater, The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store), North Pavilion (Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)), Camp (BYO Equipment: Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery), Vineyard (Food and Wine served).
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. All visitors on premises at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Security cameras are in place outside of the home. These do not point into the home.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
